Regional Sales Manager: North East
Description:
Under general supervision is responsible for implementing strategies for
maintaining customer relationships and satisfaction with existing accounts and
promoting and selling company products and services to new business prospects
to maximize revenue and generate increased sales of over $.5 million per
year for assigned territory.
Responsibilties:
1. Participates as part of a sales team
in contributing to the overall growth and success in the
achievement of individual and team goals. 2. Generates new business
sales that meet or exceed sales goals for assigned territory.
3. Identifies and develops new business leads in existing and
new markets. 4. Effectively articulates the advantages of
company products and services to existing and prospective customers.
5. Develops and presents creative demonstrations to close
new business. 6. Provides accurate reports and forecasting for
territory to management. 7. Establishes and nurtures professional
relationships within existing accounts to ensure account
service levels are maintained and revenue opportunities are maximized.
8. Develops Strategic Account Plans and presents proposals
for new business opportunities within existing accounts.
9. Tracks prospects and sales cycle utilizing database programs.
10. Other duties as assigned. |

Field Service Engineer III: Mid-Atlantic
Description:
Responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing third party hardware
equipment for the company’s customers including, but not limited
to Document Scanners, Micrographic Equipment, Film & Fiche Scanners,
Jukeboxes, Printers, and PC's
Responsibilities:
1. Responds to equipment repair request from the dispatch system for
both contract and non-contract customers. 2. Analyzes, identifies and
repairs equipment problems by utilizing diagnostic equipment, tools,
and technical support resources 3. Procures replacement parts when
required. 4. Performs preventative maintenance according to appropriate
procedures to ensure maximum equipment reliability for the customer.
5. Provides continual feedback to the customer and supervisor regarding
problem, solution, status, and targeted completion date. 6. Maintains
a parts inventory for assigned territory. 7. Installs hardware, simple
operating systems and software applications as required. 8. Develops
labor, expense, and material reports as required. 9. Other duties as
required and/or assigned.
