Based on high density, blue laser recording technology, UDO (Ultra Density Optical) is the 30GB standard for professional archival storage. UDO delivers all the traditional strengths expected from optical storage such as record authenticity and media longevity, but at a much higher capacity and lower cost than previous generation products.

UDO is designed specifically for the secure, long-term storage of high volume document images, emails, customer records, audio or video files, financial information and engineering documentation. Thousands of organizations worldwide trust UDO for the archival storage of their valuable business information including: banks, insurance companies, healthcare providers, manufacturers, television and radio broadcasters, retailers, law enforcement, military and government agencies.

UDO media is available in Write Once and Rewritable media formats, all of which are certified Ecma and ISO standards. UDO Write Once technology enables regulatory compliance, best practice and audit trail management and is ideal for applications that require records be archived in an unalterable, non-erasable format for legal admissibility. UDO Rewritable media is used for more general archive requirements that demand data longevity while allowing older records to be erased and media space reused.

The D-Series is Plasmon's high capacity family of DVD data storage libraries. Using proven automation technology, the D-Series library family supports from 120 to 2175 DVDs; storage capacities from 564GB to over 20TB. D-Series and Enterprise D-Series DVD libraries are ideally suited for storage environments that require a large central archive with distributed collection and access points. The prevalence of DVD technology on PCs and laptops enables cost effective data collected in the field and then centralized for security and network access in a D-Series archive. Typical applications include: centralized storage of digital photographs, audio and video files, in addition to, administrative records and document images.

D-Series libraries are configured with Multi Drives for maximum possible media flexibility. Multi Drives support reading and writing of DVD-RAM, DVD-R and CD-R media. Plasmon's patented Rotation Station and tray-based handling for double sided 9.4GB media ensures the highest possible library capacity and outstanding performance. D-Series libraries provide cost effective, high-density data storage for centralized DVD archives.

Plasmon's Raidtec Solutions offer organizations the ability to manage their growing demand for storage capacity with a broad range of cost-effective RAID storage systems. The Raidtec Solutions family delivers high performance, high availability storage solutions using NAS, SCSI and Fibre Channel host interfaces.

The SNAZ products (S4 and S8) are gigabit Ethernet based NAS filers using economical SATA disk drive technology. Targeted at small and medium sized file serving requirements, the SNAZ systems have a field proven NAS operating system (SNAZ OS) that supports heterogeneous Windows and Linux clients.

Raidtec CS3102 has been designed specifically to meet the needs of Direct Attached Storage for small to medium office and departmental file service and database applications. The combination of Plasmon's new RAID controller with dual Ultra 320 SCSI interface and SATA disk drives provides the CS3102 with impressive performance at a very affordable price.

Raidtec FS3102 is a 2Gb FC attached RAID solution designed for use in departmental SAN environments. The FS3102 combines professional SATA drives, Plasmon's new RAID controller and a dual 2Gb FC interface and is easy to install, configure and monitor.

Both Raidtec CS3102 and Raidtec FS3102 come standard with Raidtec Manager GUI for the remote configuration, management and monitoring of one or more subsystems.

FibreArray X3000 delivers high performance, highly scalable RAID storage using a 2 Gb fibre channel interface and native Fibre Channel drives, FibreArray systems support up to four host interfaces for direct connection to servers or into Fibre Channel switches as part of a SAN architecture. The easy-to-use SANfinity management GUI comes standard with all FibreArray X3000 systems.
